This is Elijah Cole at exactly 2 years, 9 months

-likes to listen to "U Can't Touch This" (don't worry, it is a clean song)

-likes to pray before dinner whether others like it or not

-is afraid of the potty, but yet wants to see his poop at every diaper change

-sets up books on the bottom step of our staircase insiting they are diving boards and jumps off of them

-wears 3T clothes with adjustable waist, but still fits into his old 18 month shorts

-likes to wrestle with his friends and Daddy

-likes to squeeze his sister's nose and say "HONK!"

-imitates fellow churchgoers who raise their hands in worship to the Lord by raising his own

-in a phase where he screams at the top of his lungs when he doesn't get his way

-likes to practice cup stacking, or as Eli calls it, stack cupping

-thinks that thunder is Jesus and God playing bowling together up in heaven

-will school ANYBODY in soccer

-likes to pretend to seperate fake garbage and recycling

-likes to cuddle under a blanket and say "nice and warm and cozy"

-likes the books "Looks like Spilt Milk", "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom" and "On the Farm" (a seek and find book)

-still lip synchs to songs, but is branching out and saying some lines and words

-loves to give hugs and loves his cousin Nathan

-is excited to go to the beach next week

-won't sit still for puzzles and games; LOVEs to play football, soccer, t-ball, any sport

-told me, as he was hugging his sister, completely unprovoked "I loooove her."

-says thank you all of the time, but consistenly has to be reminded to say please

-is the greatest son a mother could ever ask for
